The opportunity: Real-World Data (RWD) Specialist
As a Real-World Data Specialist at myTomorrows, you will lead the planning and execution of real-world data studies within Expanded Access Programs and other non-interventional studies. You will coordinate with clients, physicians, site staff and internal teams to ensure that data collection is accurate, complete, timely and compliant. You will also help improve the processes, templates and documentation that support consistent, high-quality RWD delivery.
What you’ll do in this role:
Lead the planning and execution of RWD collection within EAPs and other non-interventional studies.
Manage communications with clients, physicians, and site staff to ensure effective data collection processes.
Monitor RWD collection and completion, identify data discrepancies or data-quality risks, and coordinate timely follow-up and resolution.
Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and relevant regulatory guidelines for RWD collection.
Refine and maintain SOPs, templates, and documentation to improve RWD study processes.
Identify opportunities to improve data collection, workflows and supporting tools, and share potential opportunities for additional RWD support with the relevant commercial and client teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Commercial) to align RWD deliverables with program goals.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Data Management, Real-world Data, or Clinical Research.
Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines (certification preferred).
A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with a drive to contribute to myTomorrows' impact.
What success looks like in 6 months:
You’ve successfully led RWD data collection activities for ongoing programs and built trusted relationships with site and client stakeholders.
Data completion and quality metrics for your assigned programs are consistently on target.
You’re contributing ideas and improvements to RWD processes and documentation, helping to raise the bar for data excellence at myTomorrows.
You’re recognized as a reliable partner by both internal teams and external collaborators, someone who ensures the integrity of real-world data to advance patient access
