About the Role

The RCM Customer Service Agent serves as a primary point of contact for patients, providing support related to billing, account balances, and payment resolution. This role is responsible for answering incoming patient calls and following up via email, helping patients understand and resolve questions about their accounts with clarity and empathy. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with a solid understanding of revenue cycle and healthcare billing processes.
