Proactively identify recruitment challenges and implement solutions to enhance hiring effectiveness.
- HR Operations & Lifecycle: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, employment changes, and offboarding. Maintain accurate organizational data and HR documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries.

- Payroll Administration: Act as the primary RTX HR contact for outsourced Philippines payroll. Own the monthly payroll cycle by validating inputs, resolving discrepancies with stakeholders, and ensuring timely submission to the vendor.
- Process Improvement: Participate in regional HR initiatives and projects. Proactively review existing processes to identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and increased operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong blend of hands-on talent acquisition and HR operations.
- Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle, Singapore employment practices, and HR administration.
- Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
- Proven experience managing Singapore work pass processes.
- Experience in a multinational, regional, or fast-growing organization is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a high degree of attention to detail and a proactive, "hands-on" mindset.
