More specifically, you will:

• Deliver safe, high-quality radiation therapy treatment to patients, ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout their care.
• Undertake radiation therapy duties, ensuring safe and accurate delivery in accordance with established clinical protocols and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the ongoing development of clinical services.
• Share your knowledge and experience with junior Radiation Therapists and graduates, contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

We're looking for someone who has:

• A recognised qualification in Radiation Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
• A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist, delivering radiation therapy treatments.
• Sound knowledge of radiation therapy treatment techniques, planning and quality assurance processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centred approach.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety and continuous professional development.
