More about this role

• Prototype development in lab/pilot: preparing ingredients – sample making.
• Set up sensory roundtable test: set up meeting – prepare tasting sample – tasting summarize/report.
• Conduct Shelf-life test: sample storing condition.
• Working with suppliers: ingredient ordering, explore new ingredients/ methods.
• Support team in other projects as needed.

Job specific requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Chemistry/Technology for relevant majors.
• Good command of English.
