Responsibilities:
Assist with research and development projects, including new product development and material qualification activities.
Support manufacturing trials by collecting, organizing, and analyzing production data.
Apply statistical methods to evaluate results and identify trends or improvement opportunities.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Complete an independent research project and present results to the R&D team.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
Motivated to gain hands-on experience and apply classroom learning.
Basic knowledge related to the field of study.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems and tools.
Strong communication, teamwork, and professional skills; English language skills are a plus.
Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
