About the Role

We have a great opportunity for a Quality, Safety and Compliance Coordinator to join our collaborative team. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting quality, training and compliance outcomes across our Rodney Industries site in Chermside.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), coordinate document control, support ISO 9001 compliance, facilitate training and competency programs, conduct training gap analysis, coordinate risk assessments, and support the rollout of WHS documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll work closely with leaders across the business and the Safety team to strengthen quality, training and compliance outcomes while ensuring our management systems remain effective, practical and audit ready.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and continuously improving the Rodney Industries Quality Management System (QMS)
• Managing document control, including policies, procedures, work instructions and business forms
• Supporting ISO 9001 certification requirements through internal and external audit coordination
• Facilitating employee training, inductions and competency assessments
• Managing online training content, enrolments, training records and completion reporting
• Conducting training needs analysis and gap analysis to identify capability and compliance requirements
• Coordinating and facilitating risk assessments with operational teams
• Supporting the rollout of WHS documentation, processes and system improvements
• Reporting QMS compliance and performance outcomes to management
• Assisting with corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
  

About You 

You're a highly organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys balancing systems, compliance and people development. You have strong attention to detail, excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage with employees at all levels.

You'll bring:

• Ideally, you will have a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or Certificate 3 or 4 in Business Administration (advantageous)
• Demonstrated experience in Quality, WHS, Compliance, Training or a similar coordination role
• Strong document control and administration skill with high attention to detail
• Experience working within ISO 9001 or similar Quality management systems
• IT savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills, exposure using Moodle (not essential) and an interest in AI
• Experience coordinating or supporting internal and external audits
• Experience facilitating training and competency programs
• Knowledge of risk assessment processes and WHS requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A proactive, continuous improvement mindset with a flexible and positive outlook!
