Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the intricacies of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies that encompass the entire application lifecycle, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied. By leveraging your business and functional knowledge, you will drive the implementation of key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team capabilities. - Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts, to ensure comprehensive coverage of application functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium and Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools. - Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
