What You'll Do
- Ensure the consistency and conformance of slot machines and gaming systems to meet design specifications.
- Partner with operations, hardware engineering, supply chain, and compliance teams to ensure compliance to strict gaming standards and internal quality expectations.
- Act as an Electrical authority, supporting Operations Quality, Supplier Quality, and Field Quality Engineering teams, as well as the broader Operations group.
- Engage in issue investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Monitor manufacturing and test processes, analyze production quality data, and lead product / process improvement activities.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and work with Hardware Engineering on ensuring robust design and product validation.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and support internal and external audits.
- Apply quality tools and Lean principles to drive continuous improvement and increase product reliability.
- Play a meaningful role in protecting the brand reputation by delivering high-quality gaming products.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related area, or comparable experience.
- More than 7 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
- Proficiency in industry workmanship standards, inspection techniques, process controls, and quality systems.
- Knowledge and experience working with electronic systems related to power, lighting, audio, touch technology, and visual displays.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and ISO standards.
- Experience with CAD - Solid Works / Altium applications.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and specifications.
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to reinforce Aristocrat’s dedication to quality and continuous improvement.
