What you'll be doing:  

  • Conduct Quality Inspections: Perform routine inspections and tests on products and materials to ensure they meet established quality standards.
  • Document Findings: Record and report inspection results, identifying any deviations from quality standards.
  • Assist in Quality Audits: Support internal and external quality audits by preparing necessary documentation and assisting auditors.
  • Implement Quality Procedures: Help in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions taken.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

We’d love to hear from you if:  

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality assurance or related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
  • Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with quality inspection tools and software.
  • Knowledge of Standards: Understanding of industry quality standards and regulations.

Compensation:   

The annual base salary range for this role is from $XX to $YY, plus an annual target bonus of ZZ% of base salary
