GE헬스케어 성남 초음파 생산 연구소에서 품질관리 담당자를 채용합니다. 프로젝트 전반의 품질활동을 관리하며 고객 및 규제 요구사항을 충족하기 위한 품질 계획 수립, 실행 및 품질 개선 활동을 담당합니다. 신입부터 경력 3년미만의 후보자를 선호하며 영어커뮤니케이션이 원활한 후보자를 선호합니다.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Verify contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and have maximized customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Establish and execute project quality plan, witness-points, quality records for compliance with contract.
• Ensure customer quality requirement, Feedback of Experience (FOE)/Lessons Learned are taken into account in the tender proposal to avoid deviation and to continually improve execution processes.
• Broadening knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures in own discipline to execute functional policy/strategy; still developing functional knowledge and skills.
• Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. 
• Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework.
• Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
• Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from university.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Korean.
• Preferred experience in the medical device industry.
