Description:
As a Quality Control Director at Fisk Electric, you will lead quality assurance and quality control initiatives across company operations, ensuring work is completed in accordance with company standards, client requirements, applicable codes, and industry best practices.
- Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide quality control programs, policies, procedures, and project quality plans.
- Lead quality audits, inspections, reviews, root-cause analysis, and corrective action programs across projects and regional operations.
- Partner with Operations, Safety, Engineering, VDC, Prefabrication, and Project Management to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Monitor quality metrics and nonconformance trends and prepare reports for executive leadership.
- Support quality training, commissioning, turnover, closeout, client quality meetings, and the development of project quality personnel.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of electrical construction, quality management, commissioning, or operations leadership experience.
- Experience developing and implementing quality management systems across multiple projects or locations.
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA, contract specifications, and applicable quality standards.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management or reporting systems; ability to travel as needed.
