The Role
🎯 You will join a 20-person IT team and be part of the QA (testing) team, currently composed of two testers.
Our information system is composed of around ten microservices using different programming languages, high-volume databases (ElasticSearch and PostgreSQL), two front-end applications (Angular), and an API available to our clients. Each microservice is deployed using a continuous integration process (CI/CD, automated testing) on an AWS-based ecosystem (Terraform, K8S).
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications. You will work closely with the development and product teams to design, execute, and automate tests while ensuring an optimal user experience.
Main Responsibilities
📌 Main Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans (manual and automated) for web applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts (Bugbug or equivalent NoCode tool)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies
- Collaborate with developers to embed quality best practices from the earliest stages of development
Desired Profile
- Education: Ideally a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
- Experience: Ideally 2 years in software quality assurance or a similar position
Technical Skills
🔧 Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA or similar)
- Proficiency with NoCode automated testing tools
- Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or another relevant language)
- Knowledge of databases (SQL) and APIs (Postman, REST, etc.)
- Professional working proficiency in English
