The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

The Quality Analyst will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, and business requirements. The role includes complaint Management, Document Control, Quality Project Management, Commercial Quality Activities and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Reporting to Quality Manager India, you will be responsible for the Solventum / KCI IN - Post Market Surveillance for the India region.

The position will have responsibility for the Solventum / KCI products in the India region to:

• Support Quality Manager India to ensure PMS compliance to applicable India regulations.  
• Support Quality Manager India to ensure compliance to PMS requirements of Solventum.
• Support business team in resolving customer complaints. This could include training team members on the procedures and tool (CQ or other), interacting with customers, gathering feedback, and addressing their complaints.
• Monitor, review and support change management of compliance requirements.
• Ensure archival of documents and records based on company /regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance to the company objectives.
• Support overall quality function as informed by supervisor.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• 6-7 years total experience preferably in health care industry with respect to customer complaints, PMS or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel and MS Power Point
• Proficiency in English (spoken & written) communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred ISO 13485 Certified Professional.

Location - Bangalore (Hybrid)

Travel - 20-30%
