Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The “Qualified Success Architect, University” will support the Customer Education pillar of Qualified University, our external learning hub for customers and partners. The core focus is content: keeping articles and courses current as the platform evolves, building best practice resources, and ensuring University has the depth to serve audiences across the spectrum — from enterprise to SMB.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Own article updates and new article creation, keeping knowledge base content accurate and current as the Qualified platform evolves

  • Develop best practice content for QSAs, admins, and partners — translating product knowledge into clear, practical educational resources

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Enablement, and CS teams to stay ahead of platform changes and surface content needs

  • Maintain and update partner certification paths within Qualified University, keeping partner-facing content current

  • Contribute to community engagement by posting product updates, responding to member questions, and helping drive participation across the Qualified customer community

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Qualified University content, ensuring resources are organized, accessible, and useful for customers at every stage of their journey

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience

  • Prior experience in customer success, customer education, or a similar customer-facing role — experience with the Qualified platform is a strong plus

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, practical content for a practitioner audience

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of ongoing content updates across a large library

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and comfort going deep on product functionality to translate it for a customer audience

  • Experience with content or course authoring tools is a plus

  • Interest in community engagement is a plus

  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple roles

  • You possess a bachelor's degree

  • Passion for making customers successful with software solutions
