Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a Python AI Developer with experience in technology leadership, software development, cloud computing, Agile delivery, and cross-functional team collaboration. The role supports the design and delivery of technology solutions by translating business requirements into practical technical outcomes. The position combines software development expertise with technology leadership responsibilities, including team guidance, technology evaluation, roadmap development, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination. The role contributes to business objectives by improving delivery effectiveness, supporting informed technology decisions, and aligning technology initiatives with business strategy.

Software Requirements

Required Software Skills

• Python and software development technologies: Experience applying software development principles and working with relevant programming technologies. Python experience is expected for the Python AI Developer role.
• Software systems: In-depth understanding of various technologies, software systems, system integrations, and development practices.
• Project management tools: Practical experience using project management, work-tracking, planning, reporting, and collaboration tools.
• Agile methodologies: Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and iterative delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
• A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in technology leadership and software development is stated as the preferred qualification pathway; candidates with 5–10 years of relevant experience may be considered based on demonstrated capabilities.
• Certification in cloud computing, Agile delivery, project management, software architecture, AI, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant training in technology leadership, software architecture, cloud infrastructure, Agile methodologies, project management, AI, security, or vendor management is preferred.
