Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Colonial Vista Post Acute
Wenatchee, WA | Full-Time or PRN | Full-Time $30–$40 per hour, PRN $35–$45 per hour

What you’ll do
- Carry out treatment plans set by the physical therapist
- Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility and walking
- Teach residents and families exercises and safe ways to move
- Track progress and let the PT know how residents are responding
- Keep clear, accurate documentation
- Work with nursing and the care team to support each resident’s recovery
What you’ll need
- Current Washington PTA license
- CPR/BLS certification
- A positive, encouraging attitude and great people skills
- Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus, and new grads are welcome!
