Job Description

Responsabilidades Clave de Psicólogo ISP

Académico y Socio-emocional

  • Planificar, coordinar, implementar y evaluar un programa de consejería alineado con los objetivos de la sección, trabajando de forma articulada con otros profesionales de apoyo para asegurar coherencia vertical entre grados.Acompañamiento socioemocional y seguimiento de casos

  • Realizar entrevistas y observaciones; dar seguimiento individual y grupal a

  • alumnos con necesidades psicoemocionales.

  • Diseñar planes de apoyo, dar retroalimentación a estudiantes y familias, y gestionar derivaciones a profesionales externos cuando corresponda, manteniendo confidencialidad y registros profesionales.

Impartición de la asignatura Leadership

  •  Planear objetivos y secuencias, impartir clases activas con metodologías variadas, evaluar aprendizajes y proporcionar retroalimentación oportuna.

  • Integrar habilidades socioemocionales (autoconocimiento, autorregulación, empatía, ciudadanía digital, resolución de conflictos) y liderazgo prosocial.

Prevención y clima escolar

  • Liderar/colaborar en sesiones, talleres y campañas de educación socioemocional y cultura del cuidado (convivencia, manejo de emociones, hábitos de estudio, uso responsable de tecnologías).

  • Apoyar a tutores y docentes en manejo de conducta y estrategias restaurativas.

Trabajo con familias

  • Ofrecer orientación y formación breve a padres/madres/tutores para fortalecer su rol en el aprendizaje y bienestar de sus hijos.

Uso de datos para la mejora

  • Analizar información académica, de asistencia y de convivencia para detectar tendencias y barreras sistémicas; proponer e implementar acciones de mejora y medir su impacto.

Salvaguarda y protocolos

  • Cumplir y hacer cumplir los protocolos institucionales de protección a la infancia/adolescencia, atención a situaciones de riesgo y rutas de derivación internas y externas.

Colaboración y desarrollo profesional

  • Participar en reuniones de ciclo, comités de bienestar y formación continua; compartir buenas prácticas y contribuir a un entorno seguro, positivo e inclusivo.

Habilidades, Cualificaciones y Experiencia

  • Empatía, trato respetuoso y discreción.

  • Comunicación asertiva oral y escrita; habilidades para la mediación y la escucha activa.

  • Flexibilidad, tolerancia a la frustración y actitud de servicio.

  • Trabajo en equipo e influencia positiva; liderazgo pedagógico sin cargo.

  • Pensamiento crítico, resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones éticas.

  • Gestión del tiempo, organización y seguimiento riguroso de procesos

  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Psicología Educativa o Clínica. (Deseable Psicopedagogía)

  • Tecnología: Dominio de Google Workspace y habilidades digitales

  • Otros conocimientos: Conocimiento de psicometría

  • Idiomas: Inglés (B2-C1) deseable

  • Experiencia mínima requerida: 3 años trabajando con adolescentes en contexto escolar.
