This position is NA Category Manager in the HP Solutions Global Category organization.

This role is responsible for enabling the new Support Services and developing the business to achieve the objectives of the HPS business and support our customers and partners. This role provides highly innovative solutions to accelerate business growth and analyze the business performance to identify areas of improvement.  The role leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives.  The role represents support services to not only in cross division, mutli function teams but also to the markets and external customers/clients.

Responsibilities

• Develops and secures approval for high-level global PSS plans and budgets on a global scale, aligning them with organizational objectives.
• Leads cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of introduction plans.
• Develops and owns a comprehensive GTM scorecard/dashboard, including associated metrics, goals, and benchmarks.
• Leads the development of closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs, and identifies and executes indicated actions.
• Develops and defines customer segmentation strategies at a global scale, tailoring PSS experiences to different customer segments.
• Oversees global marketing operations activities, as needed, like CRM update, accrual management, collateral fulfillment etc.
• Assists in the development of advanced sales training materials to empower the sales force.
• Partners with sales senior management in end-user/reseller account calls/development to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus, ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Education and Experience Required

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.

• Product and portfolio management expertise, including product strategy, product marketing, product management  and new product development
• Go-to-market strategy development and execution in complex B2B environments
• Strong business and financial acumen, including business strategy, business development, and performance management
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, data analysis, KPIs, and business performance measurement
• Marketing expertise, including digital marketing, market research, and integrated marketing strategies
• Program and project management experience, leveraging Agile methodologies
• Ability to articulate strong value propositions and provide thought leadership across cross-functional stakeholders
