About this Project Support Officer role at Quality People
Our client URGENTLY requires a Project Support Officer for 6 months + Contracts on the Sunshine Coast.
The Project Support Officer will provide administrative support to the Maintenance Team, with a primary focus on managing high volumes of correspondence, records and data within departmental systems. You will be responsible for reviewing, registering, filing and maintaining documents in Content Manager, ensuring records are accurate, compliant and easily retrievable. You will support the timely management of customer enquiries and assists in reducing the existing correspondence backlog to maintain effective service delivery.
Skills and Experience required includes:
- Review, register and file correspondence and documents in Content Manager.
- Monitor and manage the Maintenance Team correspondence mailbox.
- Undertake data entry, document management and records administration activities.
- Ensure records are stored and maintained in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Government experience would be highly advantageous.
