Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate assigned aspects of a project. Each day, you will support in managing and executing the project by completing work packages as assigned. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and driving the updating process.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

This role contributes to managing projects in Egypt, North & Central Africa across Motion.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Conducting analysis of planned versus actual project performance.
• Preparing materials and assisting in project reviews.
• Taking ownership of the maintenance and adherence to the billing plan milestones.
• Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned and procedures agreed with the customer.

Qualifications for the role

• BSc degree in Engineering, (Electrical & mechatronics are preferable).

• Experience 2-3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Work experience in complex applications across various industries.
• The job holder will be responsible for solving customers' technical and operation problems related to previous projects and new projects as well as being in line with customer production / operation requirements.
• Carry regular investigations with Customer to identify the optimum delivery approach & recommend the proffered technical solutions avoiding losses or any negative consequences. 
• Settle internal issues that might hinder the professional delivery of projects orders. 
• Planning ahead: - Ability to develop annual execution plans in line with business plans.
• Ability to establish long-term strategy to ensure cost-effective execution and delivery.
• Ability to control, plan & forecast necessary resources which might be required to cope with business targets.
• Skills & abilities: - Effective communication skills & Personal Leadership Skills.
• Customer Focus and market orientation.
• Teamwork and collaboration with ability to build teams.
• Work under pressure for long durations with maximum effective output.
• Time management, scheduling and planning.
• Change management and leadership
• Ability to define roles, responsibilities to the project team.
• Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is a must. French is a plus.
