Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: On Site
This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in ABB Apodaca Plant 1.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Process mapping
- Identify key project milestones to keep track of order progress and fulfillment (engineering release, material ordering, material fulfillment, changes in shipping dates, etc.)
- Creation and development of relevant dashboards help in the order pacing
- Process automation
- Document Control activities
- Record Drawings and test report mailbox ownership
- Customs report on shipped projects
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
