About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager Sr Lead, PMO to support the FIS Agentic AI Platform Product & Operations organization. In this role, you will lead planning, delivery governance and operational discipline across platform development, product onboarding, artificial intelligence workload migration and production readiness. You will work with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Security, Compliance and business teams to turn priorities into clear plans, measurable results and reliable delivery.

Your key responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan for the platform roadmap, onboarding and migration workstreams. Capture and manage all committed milestones, owners, dependencies and target dates, and report milestone variance through agreed review cycles.
• Run weekly risk, action, issue and dependency reviews. Maintain decision and action logs with owners and due dates, target at least 90% on-time action closure, and escalate overdue critical items with clear recovery plans.
• Coordinate work across Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Security, Compliance and portfolio teams. Assign an owner and resolution date to every critical dependency and escalate critical blockers within one business day.
• Lead release and operational readiness reviews using clear entry and exit criteria. Confirm that every production release has go/no-go evidence, service and support ownership, operational controls, and rollback and recovery plans before launch.
• Manage platform adoption, onboarding and migration against approved targets. Maintain one program tracker for all in-scope solutions, provide weekly progress, ageing and exception reports, and deliver monthly scorecards covering delivery, adoption, service health, risk, cost and value.

What you bring

Required qualifications

• 10 or more years of experience leading complex enterprise technology programs or Project Management Office delivery across teams, stakeholders and locations.
• Experience turning strategy and product roadmaps into integrated delivery plans, with strong milestone, dependency, risk, issue and decision management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and product delivery practices, including demand, backlog, release and executive reporting across Product and Engineering teams.
• Proven ability to work across technology, operations, governance and business teams, influence without direct authority, and build accountability in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn complex program information into clear executive updates and decisions.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting artificial intelligence, cloud, platform engineering, developer platforms or enterprise technology transformation programs.
• Familiarity with agentic artificial intelligence platforms, technology governance, onboarding and migration, observability, operational readiness or production support models.
• Experience working in financial services or another regulated environment.
