Your Role
- Lead and oversee customer projects in the field of metrology and inspection in the semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the home organization, ensuring clear communication and understanding of customer needs and expectations
- Understand customers’ business objectives and align our solutions to meet those needs. Deploy the solutions in field and be accountable for satisfying customer requests
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Handle customer escalations, ensuring issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
- Implement strategies to prevent future escalations by identifying root causes and recommending improvements
- Prepare regular reports on project status, customer feedback, and satisfaction metrics for senior management
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering or semiconductor manufacturing or material science or related fields
- Strong Experience working with customer in semiconductor manufacturing space
- At least five years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex customer relationships
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and tact
- Office presence at least 3 days per week or more depending on business needs
- Willingness to travel internationally for up to 50% of working time. The degree of travel might vary depending on the business needs
- Fluent in English. Knowing Korean, Japanese or Mandarin is a very strong advantage
