- Supports population health project portfolio
- Promotes health justice and integration of community perspective
- Supports QI projects in Franklin county and PFK region
- Provides service to both internal and external customers

- Leads project team meetings and provides direction to team members.

- Ensures project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience, required.
- Master's Degree, preferred.

Project management certification, preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills.
