Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team offers you the opportunity to support our core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and the delivery of top‑notch services. Our team focuses on managing core and global business applications, ensuring their continuous operation, handling customer relationships, and incidents with precision.

We are looking for:

Project Manager/Lead

The primary objective of this role is to enable efficient collaboration within 5 Working Groups, provide structured project coordination, and support subject matter experts (SMEs) in the development of the agreed end products and deliverables. The Project Lead will act as coordination and delivery enabler, ensuring that Working Group activities are effectively planned and executed.

Your future role:

• Coordinate and facilitate activities within the Working Groups,
• Drive planning, scheduling, and alignment of Working Group meetings and workshops,
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and decision papers in collaboration with the Working Group Leads,
• Document outcomes, decisions, actions, risks, and dependencies,
• Ensure consistent follow-up and tracking of actions across workstreams,
• Support SMEs and Working Group members in organizing and progressing deliverables,
• Monitor milestones, timelines, and interdependencies between Working Groups,
• Consolidate status updates and prepare management reporting for governance bodies and SteerCos,
• Identify escalations, bottlenecks, and cross-functional impacts early and drive resolution,
• Maintain overall transparency regarding deliverables, ownership, and progress.

Apply if you have:

• Project management and stakeholder management capabilities,
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams,
• English speaking,
• Excellent meeting preparation, facilitation, and follow-up skills,
• Ability to manage multiple dependencies and action items simultaneously,
• Communication and organizational skills,
• Experience with transformation or finance-related programs is beneficial,
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
• SAFe/Agile expertise is nice to have.
