They prioritize work-life balance through flexible options and foster professional growth via tuition reimbursement and continuous learning in a supportive culture.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage end-to-end site investigation and remediation projects—from initial scoping and proposal preparation to workplan design, engineering controls, field oversight, and final regulatory approval.

- Oversee the preparation of Phase I ESAs (ASTM E1527), Phase II Investigations, Remedial Action Workplans (RAWPs), and complex engineering reports; perform critical peer reviews and engineering sign-offs.
- Direct field programs and oversee specialty subcontractors (drillers, remediation contractors) during soil boring advancement, monitoring well installation, excavation, and remedial system construction.
- Manage, mentor, and train junior-to-mid-level engineers and scientists; ensure deliverables meet high technical standards while maintaining project budgets, timelines, and profitability.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact in project meetings with clients, municipal stakeholders, and regulatory agencies (NYSDEC, NYCDEP, OER).
