MAKE AN IMPACT

Executive Presentations

• Lead the design and preparation of high-quality presentations for C-suite and Board meetings, business reviews, and external communications.

• Synthesize business performance, project updates, and operational metrics into compelling narratives.

• Partner with senior stakeholders (Business Heads, Finance, Operations, Risk) to ensure messaging is consistent, data-driven, and aligned with strategic priorities.

• Maintain an executive-ready view of key initiatives, KPIs, and transformation milestones.

*** Project & Program Management**

• Support and manage strategic projects across business units — from initiation to delivery.

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.

• Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely reporting to senior leadership.

• Facilitate governance routines including steering committees and management updates.

** Business & Stakeholder Management**

• Liaise with senior executives, finance, and technology teams to ensure seamless communication.

• Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders to anticipate needs and support decision-making.

** Business Intelligence & Data Insights**

• Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to gather, interpret, and visualize performance data.

• Utilize tools such as Power BI or SAP BusinessObjects to produce interactive dashboards and reports.
