We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business and Client Services (BCS) team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. In this capacity, you will play a key role in supporting our Hong Kong business operations. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Project Management – Senior Analyst

Responsible for driving project coordination, operational improvements, stakeholder communication, and data-driven reporting across the team. The role ensures projects stay on track, processes are efficient and scalable, and stakeholders have clear visibility of operational performance and key insights.

We will count on you to:

Project Coordination & Tracking

• Manage end-to-end coordination of projects across the team, maintaining clear timelines, milestones, and accountability structures
• Monitor project progress, flag risks early, and ensure stakeholders are aligned at every stage
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, trackers, and status reports

Process Improvement & SOP Development

• Identify operational inefficiencies and lead the design of improved workflows
• Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and scalability
• Drive adoption of new processes across the team through clear communication and structured rollout

Stakeholder Reporting & Communication

• Prepare and present regular operational updates to internal stakeholders and leadership
• Translate complex operational data into concise, actionable narratives for non-technical audiences
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for project status and operational performance queries

Data Analysis & Operations Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to track key operational metrics
• Analyse data to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
• Support data-driven decision-making across projects and operations functions

What you need to have:

Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in technical operations, project management, or business operations role
• Experience in the insurance industry or a similarly regulated environment is preferred – familiarity with compliance requirements and policy operations workflows is a genuine advantage in this role

Skills & Competencies

• Strong project coordination skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Proven experience in process mapping, SOP development, and operational improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – comfortable presenting to senior audiences
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical recommendations
• Comfortable working in a broad, fast-moving role where priorities evolve – and able to self-prioritize accordingly

Tools

• Proficient in Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, data modelling, formulas)
• Actively uses AI agents and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) to streamline operational and reporting workflows – this is a team that embraces AI as a core part of how work gets done

Language

• Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written) – required to liaise directly with Hong Kong-based stakeholders and teams
