About this Project Engineer - DRFA role at Quality People
Our client URGENTLY requires a Project Engineer - DRFA for 12 months + Contracts in Nerang.
The Project Engineer - DRFA will provide engineering, administrative, and project delivery support to the Project Manager in the delivery of recovery works. You will contribute to the effective management and execution of preconstruction and construction activities and supports the administration of Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) from project inception through to completion.
Skills and Experience required includes:
- Provide dedicated support to the Project Manager to ensure the efficient execution of project and contract requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenditure in SAP, ensuring all progress claims and month-end accruals are processed correctly.
- Support the project team by reviewing contractor payment claims and contributing to comprehensive financial reporting
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of short-term construction programs, providing support for overall project scheduling and cost analysis across both direct and indirect expenditure.
Government experience would be highly advantageous.
