Key Responsibilities

She/he is responsible for deploying his/her engineering knowhow to successfully support the execution of projects to the business, that deliver a sustained technical competitive advantage

She/he is responsible for managing the work of partners, allocating and utilizing resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team.

She/he is responsible to coordinate all construction activities including dry and wet validation of machinery and complete Handover 0 validation.

      Close management of project CAB

Ensure safety everywhere

 

Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan

 

Coordinate partners activities

 

Drive the validation of equipment through the Dry and Wet commissioning phases to achieve Handover 0

 

This role requires strong communication, functional/technical and project management skills in order to deliver the success of projects in a safe, timely and efficient manner. 

 

      This is regional role which will require some travel within APAC to support other  

      countries depending on the different project workloads and needs

Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan

  • Develop project cost estimates with a high degree of accuracy and rapidness

  • Develop accurate and achievable project schedules

  • Lead the planning and execution validation activities

  • Ensure delivery of quality work

  • Develop resources that support excellence in execution and leadership, including effective communications and establishing clear accountability with the project team, contractors and vendors

  • Organize any necessary meetings to progress teamwork (weekly, daily, or ad-hoc as appropriate)

  • Monitor progress and manage risks to and recovery of any schedule slippages

  • Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary

    Job holder has responsibilities for managing training vendors and contractors on site including ensuring the availability of quality and safety training programs

    Lead Partners for the overall coordination, implementation and financial management of the project

    Coordinate the start, implementation and closure of projects.

    Monitor partners’ performance.

    Manage the Dry and Wet commissioning activities and resources

Job Specifications/Qualifications

Education & Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • 5/10 years’ experience in a comparable technical position

  • Basic understanding of engineering principals

  • Ability to travel depending on project demands

 

 

Knowledge / Experience

  • Project management experience

  • Experience in budget management (negotiation, estimations, forecasting, reporting, escalation)

  • Team skills performance

  • Presentation & Communication Skills

  • Project Planning, Phasing & Prioritization

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong understanding of current RC processes preferred (Mixing, grinding, dosing, extrusion, and Packaging)
