Pramac, part of Generac Power Systems, is looking for a Project Engineer to join the Engineering Team at our Headquarters in Casole d'Elsa (Siena).

Purpose:
Manage project progress in all its technical aspects, pursuing product improvement objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective and efficient coordination of product design.
• Ensure the technical development of the product.
• Set up and manage technical projects.
• Ensure compliance with the required design timelines.
• Approve the final version of operation and maintenance manuals.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding design and development.
• Supervise testing and validation activities.
• Prepare technical specifications.
• Supervise product technical specifications.
• Prepare technical datasheets.

Activities:
• Follow the development of projects, review and approve each section of the product technical file before submitting it for final approval.
• Supervise and carry out all the tests necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the machine and compliance with current legal regulations.
• Act as the technical interface (for the assigned products) with production units and other company departments involved (Purchasing, Sales).
• Provide technical support to the After-Sales Service department.
• Prepare technical datasheets.
• Study and develop possible installation solutions.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Microsoft Office Suite: Excellent.
• English language: Good.
• Product engineering knowledge: Good.
• Design software (AutoCAD 2D, SolidWorks, FEM simulation software): Advanced.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements for design and development: Good.

Competencies:
• Problem-solving skills: Excellent.
• Time and project management skills: Excellent.
• Interpersonal and analytical skills: Excellent.

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Previous experience in a similar role gained within structured and multinational companies.
• Willingness to travel.
