What’s on offer?

We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our Eastern Region Construction (ERC) business in NSW and support the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project. This is a key role where you’ll contribute to planning, coordination and execution of works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard.

Working closely with Project Managers, Foreperson and site teams, you’ll play an important part in managing day-to-day engineering activities and supporting project outcomes.

  • Identify risks and work with the team to implement practical solutions
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers and internal teams

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Project Engineer who brings experience within civil construction or infrastructure projects and understands how engineering supports successful delivery. You’re confident working on site, coordinating activities and supporting teams in a fast-paced environment.

You take a practical, solutions-focused approach and are comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. You’re proactive, organised and able to communicate clearly across all levels of the project.

You build strong relationships, collaborate well with others and take pride in contributing to a high-performing team. You’re motivated, willing to learn and keen to continue developing your career within a growing Construction business.

This is a great opportunity to build your capability, gain exposure across complex projects and be part of a team delivering quality infrastructure outcomes.

Join Fulton Hogan and be part of a team that’s delivering real outcomes for communities. If you’re looking to contribute to a project that makes a lasting difference, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be supported by a team that values safety, teamwork and getting the job done right. Bring your experience, build your career, and help us shape infrastructure we can all be proud of.
