This role will support the Project Manager in project coordination and planning, billing activities, ensuring timely execution of healthcare projects as per approved schedule.

About the Role:
- Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project
- Bill verification and certification
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the approved plan.
- Coordinate with site team, contractors, and consultants for progress updates.
- Identify delays and support preparation of recovery plans.
- Maintain progress reports and MIS for management review.
- Track material delivery and major milestones.
- Assist in organizing review meetings and recording MOM.
- Ensure alignment between design release and construction schedule.
About You:
- Basic knowledge of healthcare construction activities.
- Good understanding of project planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office
- Strong coordination and reporting skills.
