The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating construction and system expansion projects, supporting engineering activities, and ensuring efficient scheduling and communication across departments. This role works closely with Operations, Plant Maintenance, homebuilders, and contractors to track development activity, maintain project records, and coordinate fieldwork. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent communication and customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Identification of building developments, system expansion opportunities and progress of building activity in the system areas
• C&L project coordination
• Maintaining construction data base
• Engineer jobs and submit to drafting  
• Site visits and fieldwork coordination from Operations and Plant Maintenance departments 
• Working with homebuilders/contractors to set up pre-wiring and open trench notifications
• Scheduling work load for maintenance crew and QC-ing construction and maintenance jobs
• Maintaining pole database including permit application and recaps
• Dealing with customer issues related to serviceability, construction, maintenance, and drop bury activities
• Other assigned tasks
