- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from planning, pricing, and site visits through execution and accurate billing to deliver high-quality client outcomes on schedule.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Technicians, Sales, Development, and Operations Managers, as well as external vendors to resolve project challenges and fulfill client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and project specifications while keeping Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data updated to accurately support pipeline tracking.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a project coordination or project management role.
- Strong knowledge of fine art handling services, industry advancements, and business acumen.
- Proven ability in solution-oriented problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and managing competing project priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
