About this Program Support Officer role at Quality People
Our client URGENTLY requires a Program Support Officer for 12 months + Contracts on the Sunshine Coast.
The Program Support Officer you will become a trusted support partner for the Stakeholder Management unit, helping colleagues navigate processes, solve problems and deliver outcomes. You will assist with governance and compliance activities, helping ensure processes are followed and records are maintained accurately.
Skills and Experience required includes:
- Provide responsive administrative and operational support that helps the team stay organised, informed and focused on delivering results.
- Develop, maintain and improve systems, databases, reporting tools and communication channels that support efficient business operations.
- Support community engagement activities through coordination of materials, stakeholder records and administrative processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, address inefficiencies and contribute to projects that strengthen the team's systems, resources and ways of working.
Government experience would be highly advantageous.
