About this Construction Program Advisory - DRFA role at Quality People
Our client URGENTLY requires a Construction Program Advisory - DRFA for 12 months + Contracts on the Gold Coast.
The Construction Program Advisory - DRFA will support the Program Manager in the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of construction activities. You will represent the Principal’s interests during construction, ensuring all works are delivered in accordance with safety, environmental, traffic, quality, and Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) requirements. You will work on consultation with Project Managers, Principal Contractors, and/or Contract Administrators, direct or supervise day-to-day construction operations as required to maintain compliance, particularly in relation to safety, quality, and funding eligibility. The role has a strong focus on first response, emergency works, and immediate recovery activities.
Skills and Experience required includes:
- Support DRFA eligibility assurance through oversight of compliant construction practices.
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers to ensure efficient use of resources, including personnel, plant, equipment, materials, and site access.
- Provide primary RADAR representation and compliance for the Region, including management of emergency works photography and completion records.
- Maintain accurate construction records to support DRFA compliance and program assurance.
Government experience would be highly advantageous.
