Summary:
In the role of Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This includes utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The role requires continuous coordination with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and to address any challenges that arise during the service delivery lifecycle. Attention to detail and proactive management are essential to support seamless execution and successful completion of assigned responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Support the identification and mitigation of risks that could impact service delivery or project timelines.
- Assist in the documentation and continuous improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Incident Management.
- Strong knowledge of service level agreement monitoring and control techniques.
- Experience with tools and methodologies used in program and project management.
- Ability to analyze and resolve service delivery issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and contribute to continuous improvement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
