Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The lead coordinates efforts across different teams and departments, ensuring that all aspects of the program or project are progressing smoothly and any issues are promptly resolved to keep the project on track.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution phases of projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to scope.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to foster transparency and alignment.
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project timelines.
- Ability to analyze project metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making.
- Skilled in stakeholder communication and conflict resolution to maintain project momentum.
- Familiarity with change management principles and their application within IT service environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
