The salary range for this position is based on experience level ranging from $106,000 to $132,500 plus up to 16% bonus

Job Summary

This role supports NY Networks, primarily Electric Operations, Projects, Integrated Systems Planning, and Planning & Scheduling for RG&E and NYSEG. It develops goals and metrics aligned with corporate priorities, prepares executive presentations and reports, tracks programs for monthly workplan reviews, and supports weather readiness, system planning, project execution, training compliance, company policy adherence, and headcount governance through staffing analysis and vacancy tracking.



Key Responsibilities

·       Manage executive reporting and stakeholder communications by consolidating business updates, preparing leadership meeting materials, tracking strategic initiatives, and ensuring timely communication of key priorities and progress.

·       Drive cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency by coordinating teams around shared goals, identifying organizational efficiencies, reducing duplication of effort, and ensuring consistent communication, training, and execution across departments.

·       Develop program and departmental goals, performance measures, and reporting metrics that translate corporate priorities and new business initiatives into clear, measurable operating objectives.

·       Support the preparation, coordination, and monitoring of weather and restoration readiness activities, including plans, resource requirements, status reporting, and follow-up actions.

·       Partner with System Planning, Projects, and other functions to coordinate interdependent business requirements, resolve issues, and support effective planning and project execution.

·       Maintain program and project tracking for monthly workplan meetings, highlighting schedule, milestone, performance, risk, and action-item status to support timely management decisions.

·       Monitor adherence to applicable policies and work practices for expenditures and the use of company resources, identify exceptions or emerging risks, and support timely corrective action.

·       Manage compliance with required training programs across Electric Operations, Planning, and Projects by monitoring completion, coordinating with functional leaders, identifying gaps, and supporting timely corrective actions to maintain workforce readiness and adherence to company requirements.

·       Lead budget planning and performance tracking by monitoring budget-to-actual results, supporting forecasting, headcount planning, rate case assumptions and providing recommendations on efficiency opportunities using financial and SAP reporting data by identifying risks and variance drivers.

·       Recommend process improvements that enhance reporting and governance effectiveness.


Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

·       Minimum 8 years of related experience.

·       Demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications.

·       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and TEAMs.

·       Experience supporting headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis activities.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

·       Utility industry experience

·       SAP reporting experience
