Join our Supply Chain and Manufacturing Team
Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world.
With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships.
It’s fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.
About this role
This role has responsibility of implementing an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001: 2018), Food Safety Management System (FSSC 22000: 2018), Quality Management System (ISO 9001: 2015), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001: 2015) and according to Diageo Standards.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintenance compliance achieved according to approved maintenance plans (ZPMM, ZPMS, ZPMR).
- Production, utility, and facility equipment included OT availability meets business targets.
- Reduction in unplanned equipment downtime.
- Utility systems consistently meet production demand and service requirements.
- Maintenance planning and scheduling KPIs achieved.
- Maintenance costs controlled within approved budget.
- MMS Asset Care deployment effectively implemented.
- Continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives successfully delivered.
- Technicians effectively developed and managed.
The required qualifications for this role are:
- Strong leadership capabilities as per DIAGEO Leadership standard.
- Knowledge and experience in Machinery Mechanical, Electrical Instrument parts, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn.
- Instrumentation, Process Control and Utility/Facility Systems Management
- Responds to change in a positive and flexible manner
- Ability to work in a team and be an effective team member, good communication skills
- Has strength of character to challenge poor team behaviours and non-adherence to standards.
- Reliability and Maintenance Engineering
- Engineering Vocational School, Diploma Or Experience qualified, preferably engineering (Mechanical Engineer, Instrument/Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineer), Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Computer literate.
- Have experience to use SAP system.
- Lean Manufacturing / TPM and Energy Management
- Experience managing utilities and facility maintenance activities
- Experience implementing Asset Care, TPM, or MMS programs.
- Have experience work in Mechanical, Electrical/Instrument minimal 5 years
- Able to lead or work effectively in cross functional teams
- Able to work within different cultures, religions and languages
