Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily engineering support to machining and assembly production areas.
• Assist in resolving production issues that impact safety, quality, delivery, or productivity.
• Monitor production performance and support corrective actions to address process inefficiencies.
• Support production teams in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Participate in troubleshooting equipment, tooling, fixture, and assembly process issues.
• Respond to production disruptions and help implement containment and permanent corrective actions.

Project and Engineering Support

• Assist with equipment installation, product transfers, process changes, and process validation activities.
• Support implementation of engineering changes and new product introductions.
• Participate in PFMEA, process reviews, and risk assessments.
• Collect, analyze, and report production and quality data.
