This position reports to:
Production Engineering Manager__

Your Role and Responsibilities
Provide timely technical support for production. Cooperate with production, QC and other ABB function colleagues to solve the process quality issues(especially, the issues which are exposed from the interruption system) to ensure the delivery.
Aim to explore the best practices inside or outside ABB, working together with global advanced manufacturing team to optimize and improve the manufacturing process and system. Clearly understand the capability of specific manufacture equipment and tools.
Develop standardized manufacturing operation process. Follow the global manufacture instructions and prepare local version instructions, documents and SOP. Training and qualify operators to ensure they have proper skill to produce correct product.
Preparing and effectively implement the process audit plan. For each audit, there should be an objective and accurate report.
Qualifications for the Role
Bachelor and above, Mechanical engineering, mechatronics integration, automation and other related.
At least 3 years working experience in mechanical field.
Solid knowledge of industrial engineering, mechanical, continuous improvement, etc.
Have strong systematic thinking and problem-solving ability.
Have the knowledge of electrical machine. be familiar with the process of electrical machine manufacture.
Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills.
