Apoyar la operación del área de producción asegurando la continuidad de los procesos y brindando soporte al Coordinador de Producción y al equipo operativo. Contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, productividad y entrega mediante el entrenamiento del personal, la solución de problemas operativos y la promoción de una cultura de trabajo en equipo, disciplina y mejora continua.
Responsabilidades
- Apoyar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, productividad y entrega establecidos para el área.
- Cubrir ausencias del personal para asegurar la continuidad de la operación.
- Apoyar en la identificación, análisis y solución de problemas operativos del área.
- Promover el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad de la compañía, así como el uso adecuado del Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP) y código de vestimenta.
- Apoyar en el entrenamiento, integración y desarrollo de nuevos empleados.
- Apoyar en cambios de modelo y actividades relacionadas con el proceso productivo.
- Mantener y promover la cultura 5S+1.
- Apoyar en el llenado, actualización y seguimiento de registros, indicadores y gráficos de control del área (SPC)
- Fomentar la participación del personal en iniciativas de mejora continua.
- Promover el trabajo en equipo y la colaboración entre los integrantes del área.
- Apoyar en el entrenamiento y orientación del personal en el uso del kiosco y otras herramientas de autoservicio de la compañía, asegurando la correcta consulta y gestión de información.
- Dar seguimiento a indicadores de ausentismo del área, identificando incidencias y notificando oportunamente situaciones que puedan impactar la operación.
Requisitos
- Secundaria terminada
- Conocimiento de los procesos de producción de su área.
- Habilidad para operar diferentes estaciones de trabajo.
- Habilidad para comunicarse e interactuar efectivamente con el personal.
- Capacidad para identificar y resolver problemas básicos de operación.
- Persona organizada, responsable y orientada al cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Curso de SPC, matemáticas y sistemas de medición.
Requerimientos Deseables
- Experiencia en procesos de manufactura.
- Experiencia en entrenamiento e integración de personal.
- Habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
- Conocimiento básico de herramientas de mejora continua.
