As a Product Support Engineer Aerospace Equipement - EMEA, you will play a key role in supporting leading aerospace OEMs, airlines, and maintenance organizations by providing technical expertise on aircraft transparency products. Acting as a bridge between customers, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams, you will contribute to product performance, customer satisfaction, and the successful launch of innovative aerospace solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for aerospace transparency products across the EMEA region.
• Support new product introductions, qualification programs, and customer implementation activities.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, warranty evaluations, and repair activities at customer sites and PPG workshops.
• Analyze field performance data, identify root causes of product issues, and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and deliver customer training programs and technical presentations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance manuals, service bulletins, product performance data sheets, and support materials.
• Partner with OEMs, airlines, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and program management teams to resolve technical challenges and improve product performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive developments to support business growth and innovation.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in aerospace engineering, product support, reliability engineering, field service, or customer technical support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root-cause investigations and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to represent PPG professionally in front of airlines, OEMs, and industry partners.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently across EMEA and occasionally worldwide.
