Role and Responsibilities

  • Monitor, interpret, and communicate regulatory requirements applicable to ARAG products across international markets.
  • Assess the impact of new and changing regulations on products, applications, and business operations.

  • Support new product development projects by providing regulatory guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Sales, Product Innovation, and external laboratories.
  • Ensure products remain compliant with relevant regulations, directives, and industry requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement of regulatory processes, documentation, and compliance workflows.
  • Identify future regulatory trends and proactively support the business in preparing for upcoming changes.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of future regulatory software and tools.
  • Serve as a key contributor to the internationalisation of ARAG's regulatory organisation.

Skills and Qualifications

Must Have

  • Experience in regulatory compliance within a regulated technical environment.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex products and technologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work proactively and anticipate future regulatory developments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within the agricultural sector, particularly with agricultural machinery, crop protection, spraying systems, or precision agriculture applications.
  • Knowledge of regulations, directives, and compliance requirements relevant to agricultural equipment and technologies.
  • Experience supporting regulatory compliance across multiple countries, regions, or international markets.
  • Experience improving regulatory processes, compliance workflows, or technical documentation processes.
  • Experience collaborating with external laboratories, certification bodies, or testing organisations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory management software, compliance databases, or technical documentation systems.
  • Additional language skills beyond English.

Travel

  • For the role no travel is required.

Benefits

We offer a flexible work schedule, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development. Our benefits do further include:

  • The opportunity to play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance for innovative products used by customers around the world.
  • Extensive onboarding and technical product training delivered by experienced subject matter experts.
  • Exposure to international regulations, global business operations, and cross-functional project teams.
