Job Description:

This job is responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product managers or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities and creating the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet the expectations of our clients, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs.

 

The Product Owner will lead tenant adoption, onboarding, and release-readiness activities for the Orchestra AI platform. This individual will manage the use case release pipeline, coordinate cross-functional partners, oversee tenant communications and enablement, and track adoption and deployment progress. The role will also prepare executive-ready updates highlighting key milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Generates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain
• Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems
• Prioritizes and creates work for a team, learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Creates, prioritizes and refines stories in the product backlog
• Reviews and accepts stories and makes decisions regarding scope and requirements
• Partners with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through subject-matter expertise of the business

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Tenant Adoption & Orchestra Launch Readiness

o    Coordinate tenant adoption of new platform capabilities, model lifecycle changes, and other tenant-impacting updates.

o    Assess tenant impact and adoption requirements to support successful deployment.

o    Identify deployment gaps, mitigate risks, and drive resolution / escalation as needed.

·       Use Case Release Planning & Readiness

o    Maintain and communicate Orchestra AI use case release pipeline.

o    Provide visibility into use case release progress, readiness checkpoints, and upcoming partner activities.

o    Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across functional and control partners that may impact the release roadmap.

·       Tenant & Partner Communications

o    Own recurring communications across Orchestra teams, tenants, and partner organizations.

o    Communicate platform capabilities, deployment milestones, and adoption opportunities.

o    Deliver training, workshops, and enablement activities to accelerate tenant adoption.

·       Reporting & Insights

o    Track platform adoption, onboarding progress, deployment milestones, and usage trends.

o    Develop reporting and insights to support prioritization, planning, and management decisions.

o    Prepare executive-ready updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.

 

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience

·       Program Execution: Manage cross-functional initiatives from planning through deployment.

·       Adoption & Release Readiness: Assess tenant impacts and support successful adoption of new capabilities.

·       Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.

·       Partner Coordination: Drive alignment across platform, support, and control functions.

·       Communication & Enablement: Develop communications, training, and adoption materials.

·       Reporting & Insights: Track metrics and deliver actionable management reporting.

·       GenAI Familiarity: Understanding of enterprise platforms and GenAI ecosystems.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting the delivery of Generative AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Understanding of concepts related to prompt configuration, AI governance, responsible AI, and risk management.
• Exposure to AI controls, guardrails, or other mechanisms used to support safe and effective AI adoption.
• Familiarity with emerging AI capabilities such as workflow automation, AI assistants, and agent-based solutions.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$89,200.00 - $154,600.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
