About the role

We are looking for a Product Owner Business Analytics to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will help shape our data and analytics landscape, turning data into reliable, AI-ready assets that empower teams across the organization to make better decisions through self-service analytics.

As a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will drive the development of analytics solutions that support financial, manufacturing, and supply chain performance. You will also play an important role in advancing innovative analytics capabilities and supporting the integration of emerging AI technologies.

What you will do:


  • Design and deliver scalable business intelligence and analytics solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable data products and reporting solutions.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of KPI dashboards and analytical applications.
  • Manage and enhance curated data products across multiple business domains.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and success measures.
  • Ensure data quality, transparency, and integrity across analytics platforms.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Support the development of AI-enabled analytics capabilities and decision-support tools.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and contribute to data governance initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to business users on analytics tools and best practices.

What you need to succeed:


Required:

  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of data transformation and modeling tools, including DBT.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing KPI frameworks and data models across multiple business domains.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects with limited supervision.

Preferred:

  • Interest in emerging AI technologies and analytics innovation.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex Code or similar AI-enabled analytics capabilities.
  • Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
