The Core Foundations team sits at the centre of CommBank's operational transformation agenda. We are building foundational, reusable capabilities that enable the future of operations through technology, automation and AI-driven solutions.

As Product Owner, AVE Deployment, you'll play a critical role in bringing new business use cases onto the AVE Platform. You'll own the deployment journey from intake and discovery through to release, adoption and transition into ongoing support. Working across a broad range of stakeholders, you'll help ensure solutions are delivered safely, effectively and with measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Own the end-to-end deployment pathway for new AVE Platform use cases
• Assess opportunities, shape requirements and determine readiness for delivery
• Coordinate business, technology, operations, data, security and risk teams to deliver successful outcomes
• Manage and prioritise a deployment backlog aligned to value, readiness and strategic priorities
• Drive resolution of cross-functional dependencies, risks and delivery blockers
• Lead use cases through testing, evaluation, release and production-readiness activities
• Establish repeatable deployment frameworks, governance processes and playbooks
• Translate deployment insights into opportunities for reusable platform capabilities and future roadmap enhancements

We're interested in hearing from people who:

• Have significant experience as a Product Owner, Senior Product Manager or technology delivery leader within a large and complex organisation
• Have successfully delivered products, platforms or technology-enabled solutions from discovery through to deployment and adoption
• Can engage confidently with technical teams on integrations, APIs, data flows, environments, testing and non-functional requirements
• Bring strong backlog management, prioritisation and outcome-focused product management capability
• Have experience coordinating across business, technology, operations, risk and governance stakeholders
• Excel at managing dependencies, risks, decisions and competing priorities in fast-paced environments
• Influence and drive outcomes through collaboration rather than formal authority
• Have experience operating within regulated, risk-conscious environments
   

Experience with AI-enabled products, model governance, workflow platforms, document verification or financial services operations will be highly regarded.
